A part of my proceedings go to the Unstoppable Foundation, a non-profit humanitarian organisation bringing sustainable education to children and communities in developing countries, thereby creating a safer and more just world for everyone.
The global pandemic caused the Kenyan government to shut everything down to prevent the spread of the virus. This triggered a number of unintended consequences. No school meant no education and no food for students, no jobs for their parents. 95% of employed people lost their jobs.
The Unstoppable Foundation has been pouring their efforts into providing emergency food and seeds to different communities. Families received COVID-19 education and prevention training, sanitiser, and hand-washing stations. Contributions supplied urgent testing and screening supplies and treatment for COVID-19.
